Real estate is a process of locating and negotiating the purchase of a home. Success requires market knowledge, diligence and discretion. I thoroughly enjoy the process and the relationships that I build with my clients as we travel through this process together. That is why I encourage my clients to continue to use my market knowledge as needed long after their purchase. And it is most rewarding when satisfied clients refer their friends.

Local corporations use my services for their Re-location needs during the recruiting process and beyond. Candidates receive a tour of the Santa Barbara area, the various neighborhoods and schools, while receiving an overview of current real estate prices. If a candidate accepts a position, I then assist them in finding a home to rent or purchase. The art of relocating top flight business professionals to our area is challenging and rewarding at the same time.

In addition to real estate, I enjoy working at one of the local high schools to promote the library and athletics. I have been PTA president twice and enjoy staying connected and involved with the education community.
