Born in Montecito, raised and schooled in Connecticut, David relocated to Santa Barbara to raise his family. He has resided here ever since with his wife, Lisa, sons Kyle and Shane and daughter, Cari.

David Hekhouse is a seasoned professional in the music and entertainment industry. With an extensive recording and touring background, David developed the relationships in Liverpool and London that provided for the foundation of MainStage Dream Tours. An exclusive international tour company, Dream Tours gives discerning individuals the opportunity to live their rock and roll dream of recording at Abbey Road Studios in London and playing a live gig in the famed Cavern Club in Liverpool. He and his band, The Tearaways, were inducted into the Liverpool Hall of Fame in 2010. David became an official U.S. ambassador to the European Capitol of Culture, Liverpool 2008.

David is also well known in the community as the mentor of kids at Rock Camp. This beloved program provided a life experience for young people and a lasting memory for the parents.
