Christopher is a Santa Barbara native with deep roots in this area. While having the privilege of growing up in such a beautiful and diverse community he believes that his knowledge of the land and its people make him a valuable resource for buyers and sellers alike. Growing up as one of two sons to two highly respected and successful local REALTOR’s, Christopher has had the opportunity to experience and learn over the course of his 34 years in Santa Barbara what it takes to be successful in Real Estate. “The most important qualities that an agent can possess are Honesty and Integrity, and I have shaped my business approach to reflect this,” Christopher states.

Prior to becoming a full time agent, Christopher was a mortgage lender for the previous 10 years. He believes that this experience coupled with his extensive knowledge of the area and relationship to the business through family, makes him an exceptional choice for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Santa Barbara area.

When Chris is not working he enjoys the local environment by way of surfing, hiking, running, swimming and engaging in local biathlon events. An avid outdoorsman he prides himself on staying healthy through exercise and hard work.
