After studying International Relations at UC Davis (Amy), and Business Administration and Spanish at the University of Oregon (Kristin), pragmatic experience across a spectrum of interpersonal and business specialties helped prepare them to answer their true calling in real estate. First licensed in 2006 (Amy) and 2016 (Kristin), they have helped many happy clients exceed their home goals in the Santa Barbara area. As full-time professional agents and longtime locals, Amy and Kristin maintain a vibrant network of helpful contacts within the communities they serve: Carpinteria, Montecito, Summerland, Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara and Goleta— where they have long resided.

The onset of the pandemic in 2020 tested Amy and Kristin's partnership and their own individual skills on many levels, and they rose to the occasion. Leading with innovation and resourcefulness, they found ways to market homes safely and effectively for their sellers, as well as grapple with a historic shortage of housing inventory for their buyers.
