Raised in a “real estate family”, I credit my exposure to real estate from a young age as being vital to my professional success. Before real estate, I worked in the music industry as a concert producer, where my focus was talent booking and driving ticket sales through online marketing. Today, I carry that marketing experience into real estate by providing sellers with "out of the box" strategies to get their homes sold.
Through hard work and savings, I've purchased five (5) properties in Santa Barbara before the age of 27. I know what it feels like to find incredible investment opportunities and to build wealth through real estate, and I'm passionate about helping my clients find those same great opportunities. But I also relate heavily to first-time home buyers and families that see real estate as more than just an investment - but rather a place to call home.
Within my first year at Village Properties, I was blessed to assist my incredible team (the Grubb Campbell Group) to achieve a record-setting year with over $64 million in sales. I'm grateful for how many buyers and sellers we've been able to help along the way. I've been a part of over 300 transactions with this group, helping over 250 unique clients & families achieve their real estate dreams. And to me, that's what this is all about.
I pride myself on quick and timely responses. My friends and family will jokingly attest (much to their annoyance) that my telephone is glued to my hip for any call that relates to real estate.
