About Nicole Roachell

Nicole Roachell is a California native who was born and raised in the Los Angeles/South Bay area. Over the years she has moved throughout Southern California, and three years ago moved to Santa Barbara County. Nicole obtained her real estate license in 2018, and she attributes her ability to connect quickly with people to her 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Attention to detail, honesty, empathy, and genuine concern are what Nicole’s clients can expect when working with her. Nicole was born into an entrepreneurial family, so customer service and people skills are second nature. Nicole now lives and works in the Santa Ynez Valley, alongside her husband and real estate partner Eric, step-daughter Sierra, and two dogs, Stubbs and Remy. Nicole loves to cook, has a passion for being outdoors, enjoys watching HGTV, and spending time with her family.
