About Angel Speier

Born and raised in Newport Beach CA, Angel worked for her father from a young age learning the real estate market, commercial investments, and the community. She would regularly go on listing presentations, site tours, business meetings, and city planning meetings. The eight years of experience working with her father allotted her skills in negotiation, communication, knowledge of the purchasing and selling process, and awareness of real estate trends to best serve her clients.

Angel eventually made her way to Santa Barbara where she instantly fell in love with the culture, environment, and community. She was able to seamlessly integrate into the lifestyle and quickly became connected throughout the county. Angel’s entrepreneurial spirit couldn’t pass up the opportunity to join Village Properties and get back to her roots in real estate. Her networking and communication skills learned in the past were significant tools to branch out into the real estate world in the place she loved most, Santa Barbara.

She partnered with Kim Crawford 5 years ago and formed the Crawford Speier Group. They are honored to have been nominated and finalists for Best Agents and Best Team for the last 3 years in the Santa Barbara Independent Best Of. They are also Top Producers for Village Properties and rank in the Top 2% of all agents in the Santa Barbara MLS for number of transactions.

Angel is heavily involved with the Teddy Bear Foundation, Organic Soup Kitchen, Teacher’s Fund, and St. Athanasius Orthodox Church raising money and fundraising for the local charities that she holds close to her heart. She prides herself on hard work, dedication, dynamic marketing skills, and organization. On her downtime, you can find her at Butterfly Beach with her two little rugrats and husband surfing and playing in the sand.
