Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Braden Curtis has a deep-rooted understanding of the local market and the unique dynamics of the community. As a second-generation Realtor, he grew up immersed in the world of real estate, watching firsthand as his father built a successful career as a top-producing residential agent with over 39 years of experience. That early exposure ignited a passion that evolved into a profession.

Braden attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo on a full-ride merit-based scholarship, where he earned a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. This academic achievement not only reflects his dedication and hard work but also lays the foundation for a solid understanding of the financial aspects of real estate, which he applies to every transaction.

Prior to entering the real estate profession, he worked as a West Coast Operations Manager for a technology company, where he developed valuable skills in project management, client relations, and strategic problem-solving. Managing complex operations and coordinating with diverse teams honed his ability to navigate challenges and deliver results under pressure—skills that are directly applicable to every real estate transaction.
