About Candace Cavaletto

As a fourth-generation native of Santa Barbara, Candace has the passion and vast knowledge of a hometown she loves. Having grown up here, she owns a local's perspective about the rich history, architecture, neighborhoods, and schools, along with a sense of pride for the established relationships she has built with the people of Santa Barbara.

 

Energetic and accomplished, Candace joined Village Properties in 2017 and quickly established herself as a well-respected agent among her peers. Task-oriented, and with an organized sensibility, she possesses the ability to keep a host of priorities balanced; remaining poised, kind and friendly. With an innate spirit of cooperation, she radiates a positive attitude that puts her clients and business associates at ease with confidence.

 

Candace is proud to partner with her husband, AJ Cavaletto, a fifth-generation local, who is another remarkable, hard-working, and well-informed Village Properties agent. Together they established the Cavaletto Group. With AJ's vast experience in the ranch and farming industry, their unique partnership and collaboration offer not only residential, but commercial, and income-producing knowledge as well, to further their client's success and fulfill their business objectives.

As a collegiate athlete, she is no stranger to competition and overcoming obstacles, which brings tenacity and dedicated effort to every aspect of her exceptional representation.  As a naturally organized and detail-minded professional she is adept at navigating the sea of documents, and following transaction protocols that can often feel daunting to buyers and sellers.

 

Candace has always had a sustained interest in interior design. Knowing the importance of visual appeal, and with an eye for simple, clean, and affordable style, she is adept at repurposing furnishings and adding the final touches to assure her listings are seen in their best light. She utilizes these talents and passion for design to augment and expand her services.  Today’s homebuyer is savvy, and Candace knows the role that impeccable staging and attention to detail plays when it comes to preparing the home for sale. As an avid photographer, and having completed a design course in Florence, Italy, she brings a creative visual sense and global point of view to the process.

 

Together, Candace and AJ make an impeccably high-powered team, who both love what they do. They call San Roque home, having fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning a home in this beloved enclave in Santa Barbara.
