Chelsea Carroll-Escalera is a third-generation Santa Barbara local with a deep appreciation for the community she has always called home. With a background spanning technology sales, business operations, and real estate investments, she brings a thoughtful, steady approach rooted in preparation, communication, and informed decision-making.

Before beginning her career in residential real estate, Chelsea played an integral role in helping grow a real estate investment portfolio from approximately $12 million to more than $24 million. Working alongside lenders, contractors, inspectors, property managers, and investors gave her firsthand insight into the many moving pieces behind successful real estate projects and shaped the way she approaches every client relationship.

Known for her grounded presence, thoughtful communication, and ability to bring clarity to complex situations, Chelsea believes every client deserves more than an agent—they deserve a trusted teammate. She believes the best decisions are informed decisions and is committed to making sure her clients understand their options, feel supported, and know exactly what comes next.

As a Santa Barbara native, Chelsea feels fortunate to build her career in the community that shaped her.
