About Elizabeth Breen

Elizabeth’s real estate experience includes 7+ years as the Association Executive of the Santa Ynez Valley Association of REALTORS and Manager of the local Multiple Listing Service. She traveled throughout California and the United States hearing from industry professionals on all things real estate including real estate economics and trends, legal matters and breaking industry changes making her the perfect choice to help clients navigate the recent changes in the profession of real estate. 

Her career history includes work in school finance, construction management and non profit management. She served for three years on the City of Solvang General Plan Advisory Committee.  

She owns and manages two investment properties, one a long term rental and one a beach vacation rental making her a great choice for clients considering a first time real estate investment property.

Her professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors®, California Association of Realtors®, Santa Ynez Valley Association of Realtors®, and the Santa Ynez Valley MLS. 

Elizabeth is a well known face around the valley as she has served on the People Helping People, Solvang Library, AYSO, and Bethania Preschool Boards and volunteered for many nonprofits.  She has spent the past five years in daily service to the community through food distribution in Solvang. 

In her free time, you will find Elizabeth in her happy places: at the Alisal Ranch gym; walking in Solvang; and at the beach or pool with her family.
