About Jennie Grube

Jennie Grube brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and creative vision to every client relationship. A UCLA mathematics graduate, she built a successful career as a Senior Vice President in risk management and information systems, partnering closely with CFOs and Fortune 500 risk management teams. Known for her organization and efficiency, Jennie led large-scale implementation projects, strengthened key client relationships, and developed a reputation for navigating complex, multifaceted deals with ease.

Deeply rooted in Santa Barbara, Jennie’s multigenerational family ties and long-standing community involvement give her an exceptional understanding of the area. She has served as president and treasurer of the Cold Spring School Foundation and spent more than a decade on the Lotusland Celebrates gala committee, chairing the event for four years.

Jennie lives in Santa Barbara with her husband, Brett, a Santa Barbara native, and their three children—along with two dogs, two beehives, and a dozen chickens. She loves running local trails, reading, gardening, floral design, gourmet cooking, and landscape design; her garden is home to hundreds of roses and a thriving vegetable patch.

Passionate about applying her management skills and fine aesthetic sense to projects, Jennie possesses an eye for potential.  She enjoys helping clients discover and elevate properties, and she adds value with relevant personal experience managing remodels and new construction.  Her clients and colleagues trust Jennie for her meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and ability to guide transactions smoothly from start to finish—turning real estate goals into reality.
