Julie Hayashida has invested herself in the Santa Barbara community for over  25 years, since she came here to attend Westmont College, where she met her husband Maury. Over the last three decades, she and her family have called Montecito, Santa Barbara, and Goleta home.  With the deep roots that come from a decades-long commitment to her community, and her extensive knowledge of the unique neighborhoods within Santa Barbara, Julie shares the best of Santa Barbara with her clients, whether they are looking for an exclusive estate, a family home or a retirement retreat.
 
Julie’s approach to real estate is influenced from years working in business, public relations and marketing, both in Washington D.C. and in Santa Barbara.
