About Kyber Logue

Kyber lives in the Montecito foothills, with his wife Courtney and their young son and daughter who will attend Cold Spring grade school, after All Saints By The Sea preschool. He’s a long time owner at Hollister Ranch & has previously owned homes in Santa Barbara, Hope Ranch & The Mesa. Kyber’s first hand experience not just selling, but living in many of Santa Barbara’s premier communities, has given him personal knowledge of each neighborhood’s nuances, home owners associations or ABRs, unique microclimates, along with their problem areas. 

Born and raised in Santa Barbara by Realtor parents who had him looking at real estate deals since childhood. Kyber attended Vieja Valley grade school, La Colina Jr. High, San Marcos High School & continued on to earn a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California in 1998. 

Kyber became a licensed Realtor in 1999, when he purchased his first Santa Barbara home and worked from the start selling both commercial/investment properties and residential real estate in Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara, Goleta, Montecito, Carpinteria, Sant Ynez, Ventura & Hollister Ranch. Experience in both the commercial and residential markets gives Kyber a unique understanding of value and also how value might not be the most important factor when acquiring your Santa Barbara area dream home. 

From helping young families buy their first home or condo in a good school district, to discreetly purchasing luxury estates for celebrities, parcels for surfing access to Hollister Ranch, investing in residential income properties, flipping residential homes, selling shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties, Santa Ynez ranches and even a trailer park, Kyber has an extensive background in everything real estate. He even knows the luxury international markets of Cabo San Lucas, Punta Mita, Puerto Vallarta, Tahiti, Bora Bora & the Hawaiian Islands, because…

Along with his love for land & mountains, Kyber also grew up with an innate love for the ocean. First learning to surf at Miramar beach as a young child, then learning how to sail at summer camp in Santa Barbara Harbor. Smitten by sailing, he joined Santa Barbara Yacht club at age 13, founded the sailing team at San Marcos High School, skippered for USC Sailing as a varsity collegiate athlete and eventually after much time & success in real estate, achieved his childhood dream & sailed around the world on his 55 foot Outremer sailing catamaran Natural Mystic, before joining Village Properties to sell real estate full time again.
