From Boulder to the Beach!

My love of the outdoors and sense of adventure has enabled me to live and work in two of the country’s best towns – Boulder and Santa Barbara. Both are known for their natural beauty, active lifestyle, vibrant arts scene and laid-back culture. I feel fortunate to be able to help my clients fulfill their dreams and find the perfect place to land in either, or even both locales.

Over the past 23 years, I’ve had the pleasure of assisting the full gamut of clients, from first-time home buyers learning about the process, to experienced investors adding to their property portfolios, and everyone in between. I’ve sold all types of properties - downtown, mountain, rural/farm, new build, historic, 2nd home, college student condos - you name it. Each has its own set of challenges and opportunities and I have the expertise to navigate them all and ensure that you feel well informed and represented at every step.
