I am thrilled to join Village Properties in glorious Santa Barbara.

I moved here from Boulder, Colorado to enjoy this friendly seaside locale along with closer proximity to my grown daughter in Los Angeles. I have enjoyed getting to know the community, being involved in both social and charitable efforts and making so many wonderful friends. If you have lived here for a few weeks or for many years, you already know how lucky we all are to call this place home.

In my decades of real estate experience, I’ve had the pleasure of assisting the full gamut of clients, from first-time home buyers learning about the process, to experienced investors adding to their property portfolios, and everyone in between. I will take the time to learn about you, your goals and your priorities. I’ve sold all types of properties - downtown, mountain, rural/farm, new build, historic, 2nd home, college student condos - you name it. Each one has its own unique set of challenges or opportunities and I have the expertise to navigate them all and ensure that you feel well informed and represented at every step.
