Marcos Lazaro is a results-driven professional known for his ability to deliver exceptional outcomes. Goal-oriented, resilient, and committed to success, he combines his extensive experience with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of achieving objectives.

A first-generation Santa Barbara native by choice, Marcos fell in love with the community and its vibrant culture while earning his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). During his senior year, he was recruited by the United States House of Representatives to serve as a Congressional Liaison. Over five years, he developed bilingual communication and leadership skills that now serve as the foundation of his flourishing real estate career.

As a former Director of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors®, Marcos contributed to shaping the organization’s goals, policies, and vision, representing approximately 1,200 members across diverse real estate specialties, including residential and commercial sales, property management, development, and appraisals.

With exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, Marcos has successfully navigated an array of real estate transactions, ranging from short sales and foreclosures to trustee, estate, bankruptcy, and court-ordered sales.
