About Michelle Glaus

As a 50+ year resident of Santa Barbara County, you can feel confident in Michelle’s knowledge of our beautiful area. 

Honored with the SYV Association of Realtors 2024 Realtor of the Year, Michelle brings 35 years of applicable professional experience to her real estate career.  Her years spent at development firms, land use planning firms, general contracting firms, and her experience as a corporate contract administrator suit her perfectly for the complexities of the real estate industry.  She is the consummate professional and will represent you with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. 

Michelle’s dedication to excellence is evidenced by her completion of the California Association of Realtors nationally recognized Graduate Realtor Institute GRI designation.  Committed to customer satisfaction, Michelle provides high-quality personalized service in today’s challenging and ever-changing market.

Michelle was raised in the Santa Ynez Valley and then spent 20 years in Santa Barbara where she and her husband met and raised their ‘yours/mine/and ours’ family.  Following her husband’s retirement as Deputy Chief of the Santa Barbara Police Department, they returned to the Santa Ynez Valley and settled in Los Olivos with their much-loved golden retrievers.

Michelle actively contributes to her community through several board affiliations:  Current board member of the Santa Ynez Valley Association of Realtors and Atterdag Village.  Prior board member and President of the NCL Santa Ynez Chapter and former board member of the AYSO Section 180.
