About Michelle King

Michelle, originally from Santa Monica, CA, was raised in Marbella, Spain, and England, becoming fluent in both Spanish and English. After obtaining a marketing degree, she returned to Southern California in 1999.  Michelle's extensive marketing background has equipped her with a deep understanding of her clients' needs and the ability to market properties exceptionally.

With a profound knowledge of Santa Barbara and California real estate, Michelle excels in meeting her clients' objectives with precision and expertise. She is the owner of King & Company, a respected local property management firm, further enhancing her comprehensive grasp of the industry.

Michelle has actively contributed to the real estate community, serving on the MLS Committee and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors®.
