Growing up in Santa Barbara, Natalie has an intimate understanding of the community and a deep-rooted passion for real estate. From a young age, she accompanied her mother, Renee Grubb—Owner of Village Properties—to open houses and client appointments, immersing herself in the industry long before launching her own career. When Village Properties opened its doors in May of 1996, Natalie played an integral role in the company’s daily operations while attending college. Soon after, she obtained her real estate license and began working alongside her mother while cultivating her own clientele. Recognizing her natural talent and strong work ethic, a top-producing Village agent recruited Natalie, providing her with invaluable mentorship and firsthand experience in the luxury real estate market. Since the start of her career, she has successfully closed over $500 million in sales.

Driven by her ambition and expertise, Natalie eventually branched out to establish her own thriving real estate business. For more than 28 years, she has been a trusted expert in selling exceptional estates in Montecito and Hope Ranch, as well as distinctive properties throughout Santa Barbara and the Mesa—where she and her husband have lived for nearly two decades while raising their two children. She has also developed a niche in working with trustees, skillfully managing complex transactions that require diplomacy, discretion, and a keen understanding of family dynamics.
