About Patricia Griffin

One of her specialties is selling properties in Birnam Wood Golf Club, where she resides and serves on the Board of Directors. Her expertise is amplified by a dynamic marketing team, enabling her to deploy cutting-edge, curated, and potent marketing strategies. These attributes have cultivated a long roster of loyal clients, many of whom now consider her a close friend and confidante. 

Patricia knows it is paramount to stay current on all things that effect real estate, which means knowing the inventory, what is available, what is selling and for how much, so that she can be relied upon and trusted to provide informed opinions on property values. Because she has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 40 years, she has worked in almost every type of market.  As a trusted advisor she has the knowledge to give advice on current conditions, whatever they may be.  

Beyond her real estate endeavors, Patricia’s involvement in the community runs deep, with a lifelong commitment to local philanthropies. She held a post as a local airport commissioner from 1977 to 1993, with a subsequent appointment from 2003 to 2014. A beloved institution is the local Zoo, and Patricia’s contribution has been significant. She has been a stalwart member of the Zoofari Ball Committee for over two decades which she continues to serve on, and as well Patricia served as the President of the Board of Directors in 2009. She derives immense gratification from contributing to the ongoing enhancements of the zoo as a cherished destination for local families and visitors alike. “My deep involvement and dedication to the community not only enriches my personal life but also provides substantial benefits to my clients.
