About Andriana Kolendrianos

Arriving in Santa Barbara in 1971, and in awe of the extraordinary beauty of her new home town, Andriana put her heart and soul in all the opportunities "paradise" provided of which there were and are, many, PTA, National Charity League, Hearts Therapeutic Riding, and other worthy Non-Profit charitable organizations and fundraisers in which to volunteer. In addition, she happily returned to teaching and performing. Her experience as an educator and performer prepared her well to become a Realtor®.

The work ethic, commitment, and willingness to go beyond expectations for one's clients produce a collaborative positive, and exciting environment. Transitioning from teaching into real estate was a natural progression since both require boundless energy, experience, and expertise.
