In 1999, he was invited to travel the 6000 miles from the UK and supervise the refurbishment of a ranch here in Santa Barbara. It was a large job that included the major restoration of the buildings and landscaping of the grounds, while at the same time keeping within the strict conditions set by local authorities. He has cherished his adopted home ever since.
Brian believes sincerely that his primary role is to help the client understand fully the buying and selling process. “It is only as an informed buyer or seller, that you can make the best decision in what it is often one of the largest financial transactions undertaken by an individual”.
