About Curtis Swan

Curtis was born in Denver, Colorado, but has lived in Southern California for the past 16 years, and is proud to call Santa Barbara home. Curtis, whose father was a real estate agent, grew up in the real estate industry and moved throughout the United States as his dad expanded his business. When his father moved the family and business to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Curtis became more involved in his dad’s real estate pursuits, sparking a life‑long interest in representing buyers and sellers.

 

After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Curtis went on to obtain his Commercial Pilot’s License. He returned to Santa Barbara with a desire to pursue his childhood dream of becoming a real estate agent.

 

With a background in marketing and a passion for the life and culture of Santa Barbara and the surrounding area, Curtis has a thorough understanding of Santa Barbara’s unique properties and neighborhoods, the local market, and knows what it takes to champion a client’s needs.

Curtis approaches his life and profession with enthusiasm, honesty, and integrity. To him, there is nothing more rewarding than helping his clients achieve their homeownership and financial goals. Outside of the office, Curtis enjoys playing golf and hiking and continues to pilot airplanes on a regular basis.
