About David Hekhouse

Born in Montecito, raised and schooled in Connecticut, David relocated to Santa Barbara to raise his family. He has resided here ever since with his wife, Lisa, sons Kyle and Shane, and daughter, Cari.

 

A seasoned professional in the music and entertainment industry, with an extensive recording and touring background, David developed relationships in London and throughout the U.K. that proved to play a significant role in his sphere of influence in real estate. David became an official U.S. ambassador to the European Capital of Culture, Liverpool 2008.

 

David joined Village Properties in 2010 with the goal of being the man that makes everybody else’s job easier. Knowledge of the profession and a keen sense of trend assure clientele that they will receive the right information when they need to know it.
