Realtor®David Magid was born and raised in Santa Barbara as a first-generation Lithuanian-American and second-generation Realtor®. He received his BA in Communication from UCSB and went on to earn his MBA from St. Mary’s College of California in 2013.
David has always been passionate about helping others and is grateful to assist the local community. He is committed to going the extra mile for his clients during the biggest transaction of their lives and values honesty and integrity in all of his interactions.
His work ethic and commitment to his clients were recognized when he received the 2016 'Howard Gates Award,' which is awarded to the agent who has been instrumental in bringing about a successful closing in an escrow that might not have closed without the agent’s effort.
