A Santa Barbara Broker You Can Trust
I am proud to have been born and raised in Santa Barbara and have been honored multiple times as a “Top 10” Village Properties agent.
Your Broker of Choice
My knowledge of neighborhood histories, first-hand input about schools coupled with my expertise in evaluating property values enables me to provide professional guidance to my clients. Confidentiality and diplomatic relationships with my colleagues allow me to network and serve my clients in the most impactful way possible.
Professional Representation
I provide my Sellers with a strategic plan at the start in order to work together to successfully market and sell their property. This can include video, professional photography, virtual tours, e-brochures, digital flyers, postcards, as well as varied social media feeds and ways to boost posts and connect with demographics matched to the type of property represented.
I provide my Buyers with my professional opinions on the neighborhood, school districts, quality of the home as well as insider knowledge of the current MLS inventory as well as off-market offerings. I present Buyers with strategic plans of the process – from loan qualification, the home search, through escrow, inspections, repair negotiations, and finish with closing and celebration and post-close communication.
Designations
In addition to achieving my Broker’s license, I hold the GRI-Graduate Realtor® Institute designation. As Santa Barbara’s first EcoBroker and a Green Designated agent, I am part of a nationally accredited designation committed to my clients and the environment. These advanced real estate designations prove my dedication to my clients, the ever-changing real estate industry, and the importance I dedicate to continued education.
Education
After I earned dual bachelor's degrees (History and Italian) from the University of Colorado, I returned to my hometown of Santa Barbara and began in real estate as a full-time agent on my own. As a past board member of the Community Environmental Council, current CEC President's Council member, board and volunteer at Washington Elementary School, a board member on the Mesa Business Association, and participant in Mom's Demand Action, I continue to donate my time to the community.
The Fun Stuff
In addition to my full-time real estate career, I have a wonderful husband, Nate who I met while attending CU Boulder. We have two very busy sons; Wyatt, 7, and Crosby, 5 who make us laugh and keep us on our toes! My two “assistants”, have both seen their fair share of properties and are also seasoned negotiators! Life is full of soccer, escrows, school pick-ups, home inspections, playdates, open houses, daily runs, yoga, and lots of laughter (and coffee).
