Marketing local real estate globally is my focus, and that is why I joined Village Properties. I am fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese. Having lived and managed businesses in the U.S., China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, I have extensive cross-cultural experiences. Over the years, I have helped many overseas buyers and local sellers overcome the challenges in property sales in California, both in residential and commercial real estate. Additionally, I am a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), designated by the National Association of Realtors. 

In today’s luxury market, global marketing quite often makes a big difference. What this means for my sellers is that I have access to high net-worth clients and a track record in closing real estate transactions in a timely manner. When you list with me, I will get the ball rolling right away with local and worldwide exposure. I will assist you in delegating a team of experts to work with you on maximizing the property value as well as assisting with moving. For example, feng shui arrangement, expert staging, and professional multimedia can be powerful marketing aids, and elderly relocation services eases the selling process.      

Originally, I moved to Santa Barbara in 2002 for graduate school and later stayed on as real estate became my passion. My wife of 11 years, Ann, is an artist and a graduate of UCSB.  We live in the Riviera, where we enjoy hiking, capturing wildlife photography, and walking our three fluffy dogs on the beach.
