Jane ought to know since she’s lived in Santa Barbara since 1957 and, since 1980, as one of Santa Barbara’s highly regarded real estate agents.
Jane’s extensive knowledge of the area, both personally and professionally, is a recognized benefit to her clients. In fact, more than two-thirds of her clients have worked with Jane on multiple sales and purchases throughout the years. Seventy-five percent of Jane’s client base is the direct result of client referrals.
Having experienced firsthand much of the area’s growth, Jane’s clients look for her insight on home building over the past half-century, on topics ranging from specific home styles to golf courses. She is past president and a member since 1976 of the CALM (Child Abuse Listening and Mediation) Auxiliary and is also a member since 2005 of the Assistance League of Santa Barbara. Jane also enjoyed performing throughout the year for area organizations and retirement homes as a member of the Santa Barbara Silver Follies from 2005 through 2018.
