About Leslie McFadden

After graduating from UCSB, I quickly fell in love with the beauty and spirit of Santa Barbara and chose to plant roots and make it my permanent home.  Over the past 40+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working for several local companies and raising my family in this vibrant community. Giving back has always been important to me, and having worked with many non-profits,  I remain actively involved with these non-profits close to my heart: The Friendship Paddle and Hospice of Santa Barbara. 

Before stepping into the world of real estate, I spent over a decade in the design industry, collaborating with a well-regarded firm with offices in both Santa Barbara and Pacific Palisades. That experience sharpened my eye for detail and design—skills I now bring to every real estate transaction.
