About Lynn Z. Gates

Lynn came to real estate in 2003 after a series of professional adventures producing video and multimedia educational curriculum materials for Apple Computer, The Tech Museum of Innovation, Scholastic, and local Santa Barbara publisher, ABC-Clio among other educational leaders where she refined her capacity for collaboration and knack for strategic problem-solving.

 

Lynn brings a personal perspective and history to the real estate process. Following her own positive experience as a first-time home buyer, she joined three seasoned real estate professionals in founding Carpinteria's Seascape Realty. Having since bought, sold, renovated, and managed long-term and vacation rental properties for herself and others, Lynn offers a deep comfort with real estate transactions and communications that are supportive and helpful.

 

Lynn and her husband, John have found Santa Barbara to be a beautiful place to raise their daughter and live a happy balanced life. As part of a Santa Barbara family spanning three generations, Lynn has a strong community connection and a collaborative spirit that makes the home sales and purchase a journey you can enjoy.
