About Nell Grokenberger

Born and raised in the Pacific Palisades, Nell brings a lifelong connection to California’s coastal communities and a deep understanding of luxury real estate. Graduating Cum Laude from Boston College, Nell launched her career on one of Montecito's top-producing real estate teams, where she honed her skills in high-stakes negotiations, white-glove client service, and local market expertise. Nell continues to set a new standard of excellence for her clients.  Whether guiding first-time buyers or representing exceptional estates, she is known for her discretion, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to delivering results. Outside of real estate, Nell is a devoted mother, avid estate sale hunter, and occasional golfer at Birnam Wood. She lives in Carpinteria with her husband Billy, a Montecito native, and their son.
