About Terrie Zwick

A real estate professional for over 30 years, Terrie has enjoyed a lucrative career selling residential and residential income property in both Malibu and in Santa Barbara. She has been a member of the Village Properties team since 2012. In addition to her passion for real estate, Terrie enjoys interior design and property renovation and is a member of the Interior Design Society. An alumnus of UCSB and of CSUCI where she obtained a BA degree in French and an English teaching credential, Terrie spends volunteer time tutoring low-income students with her dog, Zoey.

Terrie also volunteers her time by serving on the board of The Courthouse Legacy Foundation, which raises money for the architectural renovation, and preservation of the Santa Barbara Courthouse. She also supports local causes, such as Heal the Ocean, CALM, Village Properties’ Teacher’s Fund, The Turner Foundation, and The Humane Society. Recently married, Terrie and her husband enjoy traveling, working in their vineyard, and taking long walks and hikes with their dogs on the beautiful beaches and trails of Montecito. 

 

Terrie believes that life best lived is a balance of hard work, determination, steadfastness, intuitive guidance, and compassionate care for others. She approaches all aspects of her life with this philosophy and truly cares and never gives up on helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams.
