With a degree in Business Economics from UCSB, he quickly became a respected leader in the field, serving as President of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and earning the prestigious Realtor of the Year award in 2006. His extensive market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and trusted network of community connections make him a valued advisor for buyers and sellers alike.

Susan, also a UCSB alum, started her career running the family business while raising two sons, both Harvard grads. In 2001, she followed her passion for homes into real estate, where she has built a reputation for her highly personalized approach. Known for her exceptional communication and commitment to her clients, she ensures every step—from contracts to negotiations, inspections, and closing—is handled with care and expertise.
