About Casey Turpin

My interest in real estate began when my husband and I moved to the Santa Barbara area and started participating in various real estate investment opportunities, while managing family-owned commercial and residential properties in and around the South Coast and Santa Ynez Valley. 

Over the years, I have worked extensively with local architects, builders, property managers, land use planners, city officials, and real estate agents, giving me comprehensive exposure to all facets of the real estate industry. When it came to buying our own home, we explored all possibilities and areas, eventually acquiring a vacant parcel of raw land in Carpinteria and embarking upon the process of designing and building our home from the ground up.

These experiences have shaped my perspective on the myriad opportunities that can be discovered in Santa Barbara County real estate. Whether residential, agricultural, or commercial, I understand that buying, selling, or reimagining a real estate asset is a meaningful experience. I work closely with my clients to ensure we achieve their goals by leveraging my diverse skill set and access to key resources in order to find creative solutions to challenging problems.
