I consider myself to have a lifetime of real estate experience, having come from a long line of hard money & long-term property investors. A native of Santa Barbara, I speak English and Spanish fluently and know the city and suburbs as though they were my backyard. I attended local schools and am passionate about the area and its amenities.
As an enthusiastic representative of both buyers and sellers, I have again and again gone the extra mile to educate myself above and beyond the level that other agents may find to be acceptable. My goal is to bring the highest level of service and knowledge to bear on behalf of my clients. Education has no limits and my current certificates include the ABR, the SRES, the BPOR, the CRS and I am currently working on the long, drawn-out, and very time-consuming GRI.
On top of the various certificates, I have also made it my duty and responsibility to take every real estate class available, including Law, Economics, Management, Brokerage, Finance, Appraisal, Principles, and Practice. It is to my delight that all of my clients enjoy the benefits of working with a highly educated agent.
Everything I do is an effort to equip myself with more knowledge and more skills to know how to better help & service my clients, both buyers, and sellers. And because of this, I reached these goals: 2009 - top 1.5% of all sales agents in the Santa Barbara MLS, 2010 - top 3%, 2011 - top 2.5%, 2012 - top 1%. In the last 4 years, I have averaged in the top 2% of all sales agents in the Santa Barbara MLS.
